*Terms and conditions.
Offers are open to new drivers only and are purely to assist in the
continuity of learning; ultimately leading to you passing your driving test within the UK
average time frame.
- The 10 lesson offer is split 3 x 2hr lessons at
the beginning of your training, and 2 x 2hr lessons for the week of your
test with normal lesson rates charged in between.
- There MUST NOT be a break between the offer lessons of more than 2 weeks; otherwise the remaining lessons will be forfeited.
- All other lessons are to be taken congruently and with no longer than a 1 month interval between them.
- The offer will not apply to those individuals who book a test without the instructor’s prior knowledge. A test can only be booked with the full consent of the driving instructor. We reserve the right to withdraw our car for tests without notice should the instructor consider the pupil not to be up to test standard.
- All offers are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
- Payment for lessons are ALWAYS made 1 week (7 days) in advance, all funds must be cleared. All Block bookings are non-refundable.
- I require a minimum of 48hrs notice prior to any change or cancellation of
a driving lesson booked with me. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the lesson fee for that booking.
- If two concecutive lessons are missed then the driving school will allocate your lessons to another pupil. If you wish to resume your lesson then you will have to return to the waiting list.
- We reserve the right to refuse a driving lesson or terminate a driving lesson should the driver be under the influence of alcohol or any other substances that would contravene road safety.
- Abuse of these terms will result in the lesson or
remaining lessons being revoked without possibility of a refund. (this
does not affect your statutory rights)
- 1 lesson consists of a 60min (1hr) session.
- Bookings are made in 2hr slots (2 x 1hr lessons).
- A surcharge of 4% will be added to payments made to us through Paypal.
- ᶧGuaranteed Pass & Fast Pass Courses require 50% deposit (non refundable) upon booking,
balance to be paid 14 days before commencement of course.
- ᶧᶧAll applicants for the 30hr & 45hr courses must have passed their theory test before any practical training can commence.
- Please allow 15 minutes waiting time for the instructor, due to unforseen delays such as traffic etc. In the event of a mechanical breakdown of the vehicle in which you have been learning to drive, or for any other reason, the instructor reserves the right to rearange a driving lesson to a time convenient to both you and the instructor.
- we can not be held responsible for driving tests postponed or cancelled by the Driving Standards Agency.
- Any complaint should be made to your driving instructor (Darryl Gray ADI 426902). If a suitable solution is not reached then the complaint should be put in writing to Drive Dynamics, 11-13 Kings Street, Drighlington, Bradford. BD11 1AA.
